I love to have direct and personal interactions with my patients and want to  have time to adequately to respond to each of your concerns or questions.

Call or text the office phone number during business hours. We will respond within one business day to immediate needs, and within 72 hours for routine needs.

 
 

After Hours Messages

All texts and phone calls before 8 am or after 6pm on weekdays and on weekends will be billed the after hours phone/text fee of $45 to the card on file.

You can always send an email or message through your patient portal to get a response when April is next available. For urgent care needs, see below.


Urgent Care Visits

Need immediate attention? For truly urgent care, you can book an after hours tele-health appointment with April depending on availability.

Send a text or leave a message at 512-400-0267 requesting an Urgent Care Visit. You’ll get a response within 1 hour to schedule and pay. Appointments are not always available. The after hours phone or text fee will be waived if an Urgent care appointment is booked.

Refills

If I have prescribed the medication previously and it’s within 6 months of the initial prescription, book a “refill appointment”. Fill out the attached note form with which medication needs refilling, $45. If I have never prescribed or you are transferring form another provider, please book New Patient Sick Visit.
