ROOT CAUSE CARE PLANS FOR LONGTERM HEALING

At Family Health and Wellness clinic, we understand your needs when you’ve been bouncing around to multiple doctors and healers. When you have chronic, complex or multi-faceted health issue, you need someone that can help navigate all the options and opinions. We have created a program for long term support as you move through your healing journey.

Symptom relief with focus on healing the root cause. Today we are experiencing more chronic and complex conditions in adults and children. To address this, you need a practitioner that will listen to your history and find a unique starting point for your care. 

Start by Scheduling Initial Exam and Assessment. During this initial 90 minute consult, you’ll

• Discuss your health history in detail,

• Order lab work as needed (additional fee or some billed to insurance)

• Isolate and determine a holistic approach to healing

• Deliver your initial treatment plan (with 72 hours)

• Send recommendations on Fullscript, offer herbal protocols or medication updates and orders.

In addition, you can enroll in our monthly maintenance program at a discounted rate ($127) to access our team for:

• Once a month 15 minute consult for protocol updates

• Weekly email follow-up to clarify and review symptoms or treatments 

• Priority Scheduling

• 10% off additional appointments while enrolled
